The items destined for Japan are not only material logs and sawn lumber but also finished products. The market with an annual demand of 30 million cubic meters always attracts the worldwide exporters.
The Japan Lumber Journal (JLJ), established in 1960, has been most widely circulated among many of the overseas suppliers to the Japanese market for timber and housing materials.
